Partizan has renewed its interest in Ifet Đakovac, a 28-year-old midfielder who holds both Serbian and Bosnian citizenship. Đakovac was also a target for the club two years ago. At that time, the former TSC player transferred to the Russian club Akron for a one-million-euro fee, an amount Partizan was unable to afford before its Champions League qualifiers against Dynamo Kyiv. The midfielder now wants to return to Serbia for private reasons, partly because he is not getting sufficient playing time at his current club. It has been reported that he sent positive signals to Partizan. The transfer could be financially beneficial for the Serbian club, as Đakovac could arrive on a loan at almost no cost, with the Russian club continuing to cover his salary. A move would also be a return for the player, who was previously part of Partizan's youth categories. Đakovac has one appearance for the Bosnia-Herzegovina national team. His contract with Akron is valid until June 2028, and his market value is €2.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
