Huddersfield Town have signed 23-year-old Franco-Scottish defender Ibane Bowat from Portsmouth for an undisclosed fee, with the player signing a three-year deal. The former Scotland Under-21 international has seven caps at that level. Boss Martin Drury described Bowat as a positive addition to the squad who is a good age and has been at clubs with a reputation for developing talent. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €600k.
