Hervé Koffi Transfer from Lens to Angers SCO

L'Équipe reports that Hervé Koffi's transfer to SCO Angers was successful. Koffi, who was little used at Lens where he played 5 matches, left Pas-de-Calais for Anjou in the summer. At SCO Angers, he became a starter and achieved the best save percentage in Ligue 1, with 79.5%. His performances were decisive in the club's 10th place finish.

Hervé Koffi, a 28-year-old goalkeeper and international player from Burkina Faso, is expected to join Angers on loan from Lens. This move comes as Angers' current first-choice goalkeeper, Yahia Fofana, is on his way out. The club is actively working on strengthening their squad following a series of contract renewals and strategic changes, having recently received approval from the DNCG with certain financial constraints. Koffi's arrival is part of Angers' efforts to bolster their team alongside the signing of Louis Mouton, a midfielder arriving on a free transfer from Saint-Étienne.
