Nigerian midfielder Hamzat Ojediran, 22, who has not played any minutes for Lens this season under Pierre Sage, is set to join Colorado Rapids. After the club had sought his departure for several months, Lens has reached an agreement with the MLS franchise. The French club is expected to make a significant profit, with the sale price being more than double the €1.2M it paid to sign him from Debrecen in August 2024. The transfer is pending the completion of administrative formalities and a medical examination. Ojediran's contract with the French club runs until 2028, and his current market value is €1.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
