Gytis Paulauskas is leaving MFK Zemplín Michalovce and transferring to South Korean club Jeju SK. Ivan Gondor, general manager of Michalovce, confirmed for TV Východ that the Centre-Forward's last appearance for the team was against Podbrezová. Gondor stated that the decision did not come from the club. He also stated that Gytis and his agent used a buyout clause in his contract to facilitate the move to Jeju SK. Michalovce wanted to keep the 26-year-old Lithuanian international, who had a contract until summer 2028, but Jeju SK paid the value of the buyout clause in his contract.
