According to Aftonbladet, Malmö FF has made a 20 million SEK bid for Gustav Lundgren, a star for Gais.

Sportbladet reports that Malmö FF have made initial contact concerning a transfer for Gustav Lundgren, a 30-year-old Swedish midfielder from Gais. According to the same source, they face competition from Al Wasl in the United Arab Emirates. The report also states that Al Wasl is preparing a bid and is ready to offer the national team player a deal with significant financial terms. Gais are reportedly not willing to sell their player and would need a particularly strong offer to approve his departure. Malmö FF has not yet presented a formal bid. Lundgren, who has one cap and one goal for Sweden, joined GAIS in January 2022 and his contract runs until the end of 2029. His market value on Transfermarkt is currently €1.30m.
