According to Fanatik, there is transfer interest from other clubs in 23-year-old Turkish-German attacking midfielder Göktan Gürpüz of Trabzonspor. After Trabzonspor placed Göktan Gürpüz on their sales list, Samsunspor and Alanyaspor also expressed interest in the player. Gürpüz's preference, however, was to join Çorum FK. The clubs are in the final stages of negotiations for a loan move, but a permanent transfer could happen if Çorum FK raises its offer. A contract is expected to be signed between the parties shortly. Gürpüz, who has four caps for the Türkiye U21 team, joined Trabzonspor in July 2023 and has a contract with the club until June 2028, with a current Transfermarkt market value of €2.00m.
