AS Cittadella announced the permanent signing of Giulio Frisenna, a 24-year-old Italian central midfielder, from Catania. Catania Football Club confirmed the transfer of the rights to the player's sporting performances. This transfer is the first time Frisenna will play outside of Sicily, where his career has included time at Licata, Messina, and Siracusa. With Catania, he made 11 appearances and scored one goal.
