Stade Brestois has signed 22-year-old French right winger Giovani Versini from Pau, completing the transfer approximately 24 hours after the transfer market closed. The player, who has two caps for France's U21 team, arrives as a 'joker' for a fee of around €2 million. The agreement includes a clause entitling Pau to 25% of any future resale. Versini has signed a four-year contract with his new club. He had joined Pau in July 2025. His current market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €5.00m. In August 2026, Pau reportedly reached an agreement with Turkish club Corum for a transfer fee of approximately €3.8 million.
