Giorgio Puzzoli, a 20-year-old Italian offensive midfielder born in 2006, is leaving Fiorentina, where he has spent his entire career. After being a key player in the youth team's Primavera 1 championship victory last season, contributing 9 goals and 2 assists in 45 appearances, he will move down two divisions to join Serie C side Alcione. The Milan-based club is acquiring Puzzoli on a permanent transfer. Puzzoli had a contract with Fiorentina until June 2028 and has a current market value of €400k, according to Transfermarkt. The deal does not include any percentage of a future resale for Fiorentina. Puzzoli announced his departure with a farewell post on Instagram, and at Alcione, he will reunite with former Fiorentina Primavera teammates Sadotti and Trapani.
