U.S. Salernitana 1919 has announced an agreement with Gianluca Longobardi, an Italian right-back born in 2003, who has signed a contract with the "Granata" club until June 30, 2028. Longobardi was a free agent after being automatically released from his contract at Rimini due to problems affecting the club. He had made 15 appearances for them during the current season before his departure. Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €400k, and Cosenza had also been linked with the player.
