Jorge Mas of Inter Miami confirmed the club is negotiating with Monterrey for the transfer of Germán Berterame, a 27-year-old Mexican-Argentinian striker. Inter Miami is willing to pay the player's $15 million release clause, which is approximately €13 million. Mas described Berterame as a great player and added that the club strives to have an exceptional squad. Berterame has been with Monterrey since July 2022 and has a contract that runs until the end of 2027.
