According to Sky Sport, Fiorentina has requested information in recent hours for Cagliari's 26-year-old Italian full-back Gabriele Zappa. The satellite broadcaster also reports that Napoli is the leading club for the player, with a negotiation said to be ongoing. Zappa has been with Cagliari since July 2021 and is under contract until June 2030, and in the current Serie A season, he has made 20 appearances and provided 3 assists. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €4.00m. In July 2025, Cagliari reportedly requested a fee of €5 million.
