Betinia Liga club Hillerød has confirmed the signing of Frederik Heiselberg from Aalesund. Aalesund was recently promoted to the Eliteserien. The 22-year-old striker has been presented at Hillerød and has signed a contract that is valid until the summer of 2028. Hillerød manager Christian Lønstrup expressed satisfaction with the acquisition. According to the club's website, Lønstrup stated that they had been seeking a potential top scorer after the sales of other players. Lønstrup also described Heiselberg as a versatile attacker, well-schooled from his time at larger clubs in Denmark and Norway, who is looking for the right environment to unlock his potential. The move is a return to Denmark for Heiselberg after approximately a year in Norway. During that time, he made 36 appearances for Aalesund and scored five goals.
