Ludogorets has loaned central defender Franco Russo to Qatar SC for one year, as officially announced by the Arabian club. The 30-year-old Argentine played last season on loan at the Mexican club Queretaro, and now similarly joins the Qatari team. Franco Russo joined Ludogorets from Mallorca in January 2023 for a little over 1 million euros. Prior to his current loan, he was also loaned to Belgium's Leuven. During his time with the Bulgarian champions, the defender made 38 appearances and scored three goals.
