Franck Leroy Atoen, a 19-year-old Cameroonian defensive midfielder, is on trial with USL Dunkerque and could join the club on loan. He had a season without first-team appearances at Samsunspor, which he joined in July 2025, despite three call-ups to the Super Lig. Atoen is already training with the group at USL Dunkerque and could sign for a longer period if his profile is approved internally. His contract with the Turkish club runs until June 2028.
