Rubin Kazan has made an official offer for 25-year-old Argentine winger Francisco Gonzalez from Chilean club O'Higgins. The proposal is for the purchase of 85% of the player's rights, and negotiations between the clubs are currently in progress. Gonzalez, who is valued by Transfermarkt at €2 million, joined O'Higgins last summer and registered 11 goals and 12 assists in 31 matches last season. His contract with the Chilean club runs until the end of 2028, and he has been capped five times for the Argentina U23 national team, scoring one goal.
