Monza is monitoring Francisco Baridò, an Argentine and Croatian attacking midfielder born in 2008 who is considered one of the more interesting prospects in Napoli's youth sector. The club is evaluating the player's profile with interest ahead of the next season as they plan for the future for their return to Serie A. Baridò spent the last season playing for both the Primavera and Under 18 teams at Napoli and previously played for the Juventus youth system with their Under 17s. He joined Napoli in September 2025 and his contract with the club is set to expire in June 2028. During the 2025/2026 season, he made 21 appearances and provided one assist in the Primavera 1 league. Baridò has also been capped four times by the Argentina U17 national team.
