Fotios Pseftis, a Greek U21 goalkeeper from FC Lugano, has joined Alemannia Aachen on loan until the end of the season. The German 3. Liga club has an option to purchase the 22-year-old. Pseftis joined Lugano from AC Milan's U19s in the summer of 2023. While at the Swiss club, Pseftis was named in the Super League squad ten times as the second goalkeeper but made no senior appearances. He played 43 matches for the U21 team in the Promotion League. Prior to the finalization of the transfer, he completed a winter training camp with Aachen and participated in two test matches against Carl Zeiss Jena and VfL Bochum. Alemannia stated in their official transfer announcement that Pseftis made a very good impression.
