VfB recently extended the keeper's contract and plans to loan him out next season to gain match experience. Cottbus may only have a chance of signing the player if they are promoted to the second division, as Stuttgart's loan plan reportedly seeks a club in the second tier or abroad. Holstein Kiel is also reported to be interested in Hellstern.
