Bild reports on the transfer of Felix Higl to Preußen Münster. German centre forward Felix Higl, 29, has joined Drittligist Preußen Münster from Zweitligist Greuther Fürth. The 1.94m tall, left-footed player, who has a market value of 350,000 Euro, reunites with trainer Thomas Wörle, with whom he achieved promotion to the 2. Bundesliga with SSV Ulm in 2024. For Ulm, he scored 57 goals and provided 16 assists in 152 matches across the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th leagues. After Ulm's relegation, he moved to Fürth, where he made 19 short appearances and scored one goal last season. Preußen's Sporting Director Jan Uphues described Higl as a player who can act as a wall player, contribute to combination play, and function as a target man, also praising his work rate against the ball. Higl expressed his excitement about joining a great club, stating that both he and Preußen have ambitions, which creates a perfect basis. He added that he has always seen the club and fans as incredibly passionate and promised to give everything for the team.
