According to BILD information, newly promoted Bundesliga side SC Paderborn wants to loan German winger Farid Alfa-Ruprecht, and a potential deal is expected in the coming days. Talks between Paderborn and Bayer Leverkusen are ongoing. Leverkusen is not considering a sale because they are convinced of the 20-year-old's qualities and he is under contract until 2030. The attacker, who was trained in the youth systems of HSV and Manchester City, had also previously been linked with second-division club Hannover 96. Alfa-Ruprecht joined Leverkusen in July 2025 and spent the past season on loan at VfL Bochum.
