RB Leipzig and Fabrice Hartmann have mutually agreed to terminate the existing contract. Hartmann, a former U-national player, debuted for RB in the Europa League qualification in 2018 at the age of 17 but never managed to establish himself with the Saxony professionals. He was loaned to Paderborn and Braunschweig, and spent the last two years on loan at Sligo Rovers FC in Ireland.

RB Leipzig needs to generate revenue this transfer summer, and while no adequate sums are expected from the sale of Fabrice Hartmann, he is still listed as a sale candidate.
