Cuiabá has progressed in the signing of 29-year-old Brazilian centre-forward Fábio Gomes from the Mexican club Mazatlán, where he played 26 matches, scored six goals, and provided two assists this season. His last appearance was on April 25th. The player is scheduled to undergo medical examinations in the coming days before signing a contract with Dourado until the end of the season.
