FC Cincinnati signs Brazilian player Evander from the Portland Timbers. The transfer fee is approximately 11.5 million euros, setting a new internal transfer record between two MLS clubs. Evander had an impressive season with 15 goals and 15 assists in 28 league games.

There have been rumors surrounding Portland Timbers’ Evander regarding potential acquisition using the new MLS cash-for-player trade mechanism.

Evander also attracted interest from European clubs earlier this year. However, Portland Timbers did not want to sell him at that time.
