Le Mans and Guingamp are in ongoing discussions for the transfer of 29-year-old French winger Erwan Colas. Le Mans is reportedly open to his departure before the end of the transfer window because of a crowded attacking lineup. According to reports, the two clubs are negotiating for the player. Colas is a former Lorient reserve player and recently had his contract extended until 2029. Guingamp manager Sylvain Ripoll wants to sign Colas, who is known to his assistant, Benjamin Genton, from their time at Lorient. The talks are said to be progressing positively. A previous transfer between the clubs this summer involving Louis Mafouta could help facilitate the current negotiations. His current Transfermarkt market value is €600k.
