Ervin Omić, a young midfielder and captain of the Austrian youth national team, is reportedly on the verge of signing with Partizan. Partizan has identified Omić as an ideal candidate to rejuvenate their midfield following the departure of Stefan Kovač and the termination of Aleksandar Šćekić's contract. Known for his tactical versatility, Omić can play as a defensive midfielder, central midfielder, or even a center-back. Last season, he participated in 30 matches in the Austrian championship, scoring two goals and providing five assists.
