Eren Dinkci has been loaned to Heidenheim from Freiburg. A Freiburg press release stated that Dinkci will be loaned for the present time until the end of the season. Both clubs agreed not to disclose contract details. Freiburg board member Jochen Saier explained that Dinkci did not get as much playing time as desired in recent months, partly due to injuries, and that the loan is a good solution for both sides considering the high competition in the squad.
