Chelsea and Manchester City, along with Manchester United, are aware of Italian right-back Emmanuel Lulli’s progression at Roma. Sources indicate that although the clubs were aware of his potential, his recent impact in the first team has increased their focus on him. Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool are among several Premier League clubs tracking the teenager, who was initially noticed by scouts who were watching a teammate. It is reported that scouts for Arsenal, Liverpool, and Spurs have been impressed and have advised their recruitment chiefs to consider the 19-year-old as a serious potential target. Paris Saint-Germain have also been impressed by Lulli's emergence. In response to the growing attention, Roma are considering securing the defender with a new contract to protect his future and deter potential interest from the Premier League and other parts of Europe. Lulli has one cap for the Italy U21 team and a contract with the Serie A club until June 2027. His current market value is €8.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
