Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea are among a number of Premier League clubs monitoring Roma's teenage Italian right-back, Emanuele Lulli. It is reported that he was noticed by their scouts while they were initially observing his teammate, Wesley. Scouts for Liverpool, Arsenal, and Spurs have since advised their recruitment departments to consider Lulli as a target. Other clubs that are aware of the 19-year-old's development include Chelsea, Manchester City, and Manchester United. Paris Saint-Germain is also said to be impressed. In response to this interest, Roma are reportedly planning to offer Lulli a new contract to secure his future and deter potential approaches from England and other parts of Europe. Lulli's current contract is due to expire in June 2027, and he has a market value of €8.00m according to Transfermarkt. He has been capped once for the Italy U21 national team.
