Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool are among several Premier League clubs tracking Roma's Emmanuel Lulli. The 19-year-old Italian defender reportedly attracted the attention of scouts who were initially watching his teammate, Wesley. It is said that scouts from Arsenal, Liverpool, and Spurs have urged their recruitment chiefs to consider Lulli a serious target. According to sources, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Manchester United were already aware of his potential, but his recent impact in the first team has increased their focus on him. Paris Saint-Germain have also been impressed by the defender's emergence. Roma reportedly considers Lulli an important part of their long-term plans and is seeking to secure him with a new contract to deter potential interest. Lulli, who has been capped for Italy U21, has a contract with the club until June 2027 and his Transfermarkt market value is €8.00m.
