Piast Gliwice signed Elton Fikaj until the end of the 2027/2028 season. An official statement confirmed that the full-back signed with the Polish club for two and a half years.

Panathinaikos announced the transfer of Elton Fikaj to the Polish club Piast Gliwice. The club confirmed it will retain a percentage from any future resale of the player. Fikaj is a 20-year-old Albanian defender who also holds Greek nationality and can play as a left back and a center back. He joined the Panathinaikos academies in 2018, signed his first professional contract in 2023, and made five appearances with the first team. Fikaj has 13 caps for the Albania U21 national team, and his current market value is €300k, according to Transfermarkt.
