German club Nurnberg is among the clubs interested in signing 24-year-old Australian Newcastle Jets winger Eli Adams, who joined the club in July 2024. The player, who scored 10 goals in all competitions last season, has one year left on his contract but is expected to leave the A-League club for a fee in the summer. Other interested parties include Derby County, Red Bull Salzburg, FC Copenhagen, Belgian side Gent, fellow German club Holstein Kiel, and Japanese team Gamba Osaka, with a move to Europe seen as the most likely scenario. Adams has a current market value of €650k, according to Transfermarkt.
