Jagiellonia Białystok was among several Ekstraklasa clubs, alongside Pogoń Szczecin and Korona Kielce, interested in signing 30-year-old Greek forward Efthymios Koulouris. The forward joined Wieczysta Kraków on a free transfer, signing a two-year contract that includes an option for an additional season. Wieczysta secured the deal by offering the player one million euros annually. Koulouris had a desire to play in Poland and had rejected more lucrative financial offers from the Persian Gulf. Koulouris has made 18 appearances for Greece. His market value is listed as €2.80m by Transfermarkt.
