Manchester United has watched Eduardo Conceicao. United may be less willing to pay now for a player they cannot practically include in their squad until January 2028.

It is reported that Manchester United are monitoring Palmeiras midfielder Eduardo Conceicao while assessing a potential move, and it is also believed they are following the teenager closely. The club has been seeking to strengthen its long-term recruitment strategy by identifying promising young players, which makes Conceicao an appealing target. Manchester United might view him as a long-term investment instead of an immediate solution. Both English clubs could encounter competition if they choose to increase their interest. A deal is not likely to be simple due to Palmeiras’s wish to keep their prospect, but the growing interest from two Premier League giants could heighten the pressure on the Brazilian club.

Representatives for 16-year-old Brazilian winger Eduardo Conceição held discussions in recent months with several clubs, including Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, and Barcelona, regarding a potential sale. The conversations involved values of approximately €25 million as a fixed fee plus €15 million in bonuses, though the clubs did not formalize these terms into a proposal. An attempt was made to structure a deal of €30 million fixed with €20 million in bonuses to meet the €50 million asking price set by Palmeiras. The parties involved are prioritizing a move to a top club, particularly in England's Premier League, Spain, or France. However, the talks became less active during the World Cup, and the current view of the player's staff is to wait for him to develop further and increase his value. The Brazil U17 international has 5 caps and 2 goals and a contract with Palmeiras that expires in January 2029.
