Chelsea are monitoring Palmeiras' Eduardo Conceicao, a 16-year-old Brazilian winger, as they assess a potential move. Chelsea have been monitoring Conceicao’s development. Chelsea has a reputation for investing in emerging players, and the Palmeiras player is of interest to them. Chelsea’s scouting network and willingness to invest in young players could make them contenders for Conceicao, particularly if they believe he has the potential to develop into a first-team player. Both English clubs could face competition if they decide to increase their interest. A deal is not expected to be straightforward, given Palmeiras’ desire to retain their prospect, but growing interest from two Premier League clubs could increase pressure on the Brazilian club. The Brazil U18 international, who has earned two caps, is under contract until January 2029.
