Como is interested in Eduard Spertsyan, a 25-year-old Armenian attacking midfielder from the Russian club Krasnodar. Spertsyan is being considered as a potential replacement for Nico Paz. It is reported that the club is still hoping to convince Real Madrid to allow Paz to stay for another season. Spertsyan joined Krasnodar in July 2021 and his contract is valid until June 2029. He was previously the subject of unsuccessful negotiations with Lazio. During the 2025/2026 Premier Liga season, he made 30 appearances, scoring 13 goals and providing 17 assists. For Armenia, he has 40 caps and 11 goals. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €25.00m. Other clubs, such as Al Ahli and Southampton, have also recently been linked with him.
