Farul has completed the transfer of 26-year-old French and Algerian attacking midfielder Eddy Sylvestre from Dunkerque, a club in France's second division. Dunkerque announced Eddy Sylvestre's departure and wished him success at Farul Constanța. Eddy Sylvestre recorded four assists in 18 matches for Dunkerque, which finished 10th in Ligue 2. Dunkerque stated that after one season with the club, Eddy Sylvestre was starting a new challenge at Farul Constanța. The club thanked him for the involvement and spirit shown during his time at Dunkerque and wished him success in this new adventure, as well as wishing him good luck. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €250k.
