Turkish first division teams were willing to pay four million euros for Eddy Doué, but the approaches were not of interest to either the player or Estrela. Doué, who joined the club in January 2026, has a contract until June 2028 and has been capped five times by the Ivory Coast U23 team, scoring one goal. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €400k.
