Ionel Dănciulescu believes it is difficult for Dinamo to retain Eddy Gnahore for financial reasons. According to Dănciulescu, Gnahore desires a higher salary, and his departure would be a significant loss. Dinamo hopes to persuade Gnahore to sign a contract extension, but Dănciulescu doubts this will occur.

Eddy Gnahore's contract with Dinamo will expire at the end of the month. The French footballer has not reached an agreement for an extension and is therefore likely to leave the club. Florin Prunea told Digi Sport that while he hopes Gnahore will sign, what he knows suggests Gnahore will also leave.

According to Sport.ro, Eddy Gnahore stated that he has had discussions and offers from other clubs in the past while at Dinamo and refused them in order to stay. He said he would only leave Dinamo for a club abroad and would not transfer to another Romanian team. Gnahore mentioned that following the play-off, he and the club president will discuss his future and attempt to reach an agreement; otherwise, they will end their association.
