Sassuolo and Olympique Lyon (OL) have a verbal agreement for the transfer of 29-year-old Croatian defender Duje Ćaleta-Car to the Italian club. Ćaleta-Car joined Lyon in July 2024 and has a contract with the club until 2027. The defender has 38 caps and one goal for Croatia and a current market value of €2.80m, according to Transfermarkt. He was also linked with a move to Real Sociedad.
