Hapoel Tel Aviv has purchased Doron Leidner from Olympiacos after activating a purchase option for the left-back, who was on loan at the Israeli club. Leidner had initially moved to Olympiacos from Hapoel in the summer of 2022 for a 2 million euro fee. He did not play in an official game for the first team at Olympiacos. Prior to his last loan in Israel, Leidner also had loan spells with Austria Vienna in Austria and Zurich in Switzerland.
