Mulac, who started his career in his hometown with NK Rijeka's youth teams and later played in Italy for Ciserano USD in Serie D, returned to Croatia to play for HNK Orijent Rijeka in the second division. Last year, he played for NK Opatija, where he scored 13 goals and provided 3 assists in 32 matches.
