Tuttomercato reports that the loan transfer of attacker Dominic Vavassori from Atalanta to Palermo for the next season is officially confirmed. This is his first experience away from Bergamo.

According to Tuttomercato, Dominic Vavassori is close to a transfer to Serie B club Palermo. Palermo has offered one million euros for a paid dry loan for one season, plus bonuses. The proposal is considered very interesting by Atalanta, which wants to maintain full control of Vavassori's registration rights. Palermo began pursuing the player yesterday, who in recent days had also attracted the interest of Monza and Hellas Verona, and immediately became the frontrunner for his signature. According to Nicolo Schira, Dominic Vavassori is set to transfer to Palermo from Atalanta. The 20-year-old Italian-Brazilian second striker joined Atalanta U23 on 01/07/2024 and is under contract until 30/06/2029. He has one cap for the Italy U21 team. His current market value is €3.50m, according to Transfermarkt. Hellas Verona and Monza have also been linked with the player.
