Liverpool is considering Fiorentina's Dodo as a potential replacement for Trent Alexander-Arnold, who is expected to join Real Madrid on a free transfer after his contract ends on July 1. The club has been preparing for Alexander-Arnold's departure for some time and has compiled a shortlist of four candidates to fill the right-back role. In addition to Dodo, this list features Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen, Ola Aina from Nottingham Forest, and Vanderson from Monaco. Frimpong is believed to be Liverpool's primary target, with the club planning an initial bid in the range of €35m to €40m. However, Dodo remains a significant option if negotiations with Leverkusen do not proceed as hoped.
