Dmitry Vasilyev, a Zenit player currently on loan at Sochi, stated he would refuse a transfer to Spartak Moscow if an offer were made. According to RB Sport, Vasilyev explained that he could not imagine himself at Spartak partly because he has a contract with Zenit. He added that he is somewhat familiar with the internal workings of the Moscow club and that the team is not close to him in spirit.
