It is reported that Karpaty are interested in Obolon's 19-year-old Ukrainian goalkeeper Denys Marchenko as part of a plan to strengthen their squad with two young goalkeepers during the off-season. Marchenko has been capped once for the Ukraine U19 team, joined Obolon Kyiv in January 2025, and has a contract until the summer of 2029. Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €600k.
