The report notes this move follows Galatasaray previously giving Berkan Kutlu to the same club for free. The club has considered spending 5 million Euro to add the goalkeeper to their squad, with the intention of having him and Uğurcan Çakır secure the position for many years. Ertaş is 20 years old, a Turkish U21 international, and also holds Moldovan nationality. He has made 8 appearances in the Süper Lig this season and has a contract with Konyaspor until June 2027. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €3.50m. Trabzonspor has also been linked with the player.
