Kamil Bętkowski has reported that Deniss Rakels is attracting interest. Three teams competing for direct promotion to the 2nd league and two teams from the 2nd league are interested in the player. While the specific teams involved are not known, at least one club from group IV of the III league is said to be among them. Either Avia Świdnik or KSZO Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski is among the teams interested in acquiring the Latvian. Bętkowski also noted that Chełmianka is definitely not one of the interested teams.
