Palermo is looking to reinforce its offensive wings ahead of a planned tactical change by coach Filippo Inzaghi. According to Tuttomercatoweb.com, the club is interested in Davide Lamesta. The winger contributed to Benevento's promotion from Serie C, scoring 13 goals and providing 18 assists in 41 appearances. Palermo may attempt to sign Lamesta, whose contract with Benevento expires in 2027. The 26-year-old Italian joined Benevento in July 2024 from Rimini for a reported fee of €250,000. Lamesta, who has a current market value of €600k according to Transfermarkt, has also been linked with Genoa and Hearts.
